No. You are never physically locked in. The game simulates a lock, but the entrance door is always unlocked or has an emergency release. You can leave at any time and rejoin, the challenge is to solve the puzzles within 60 minutes to open the final door.

The game itself lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot for check in and briefing.

Yes. You can book multiple games, either back to back or on different days. Just book additional slots online or contact us to arrange. Standard pricing applies per game. If you replay the same room the puzzles are unchanged, so we recommend trying a different theme.

No. All bookings are private for your group only. We never add other players to your game.

An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.

Yes. We recommend ages 10 and up. Under 16 must have a responsible adult. Ages 14 to 16, an adult must stay on site. Ages 10 to 14, an adult must be in the room. There is no upper age limit.

If you booked for 2 you can bring more and pay the difference on arrival.

Yes. You can arrive with 2 to 7 players, just pay the extra per person on arrival. The room maximum is 7.

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, but if you give us enough notice we’re happy to reschedule your game to another available time.

There are several pay and display car parks nearby. The closest is the NCP Swansea Kingsway, SA1 5JQ, just a short walk from the venue.
